Event and Studio Class Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. To ensure a fair experience for all participants and cover the costs of preparation and reserved seating, I have established the following cancellation policy.

Participant Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before the event: You are eligible for a full refund or a credit to attend a future paint night event (your choice).

• Between 24 and 48 hours before the event: You will receive a credit for the full ticket value to be used for a future event. Refunds are not available within this window.

• Less than 24 hours notice or "No-Shows": Payment is forfeited. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, as materials and artist time have already been committed.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sue@suedionart.com or by phone (508) 278-2768.

Transferring Your Ticket

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send another painter in your place. Please notify us of the name change via email before the event or class starts.

Event Cancellation by me

In the rare event that I must cancel a paint night or studio class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low registration, severe weather, instructor illness), all registered students will be notified as soon as possible via email and text message (if a phone number was provided).

• If I cancel the event, you will be offered a full refund to your original payment method or a credit for a future event, whichever you prefer.

Important Notes

• Private Events: Private parties have a separate contract and cancellation policy, which is outlined in the private event agreement.

• Late Arrivals: Guests arriving more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show and may not be able to participate, as the instructor will have already begun the class. No refunds or credits will be issued in this scenario without 48 hours prior notice of your late arrival.
